The Artisans
Master of Asian Cuisine
Born in Fujian, China in 1964, Chef Wang studied at the Fujian Culinary School before coming to Spain in 1990. Working alongside master chefs in Barcelona and Bilbao, he built an extraordinary career. In 1995 he opened ENJOY on the beachfront of Puerto del Carmen β which became the flagship of Asian dining in the Canary Islands. Over 30 years of experience. His rule: only the freshest produce, always.
Chef Leo β The Teppanyaki Maestro
Born in Japan in 1975, Leo studied culinary arts in Tokyo in 1992. He came to Europe in 1993, spent years in Holland refining his craft, and arrived in Spain in 2000. His teppanyaki performances β roaring flames, spinning utensils, perfectly cooked dishes β are the most spectacular show in Puerto del Carmen. Don't miss it.
